This is a training made for EM Normandie using VR and AI-technology. It was developed to give students the ability to practice job interview skills and objectivity while interviewing different jobapplicants.
You have four candidates for a manager position. Students interview the virtual candidates in pairs, and they discuss who would be the best candidate. There are no obvious answers, but the goal is to train interview skills and objectivity, so students must motivate there choice between a varied set of candidates.
All four applicants are powered by our Virtual Human AI software. They vary in age and experience, and sometimes include information you need to uncover by asking the right follow-up questions. The virtual applicants respond both verbally and non-verbally to your questions.
The training is presented in French. The app ensures that in a class of 30 students, everyone can practice with two applicants in a single afternoon, and also observe another student interview two others. This would never be possible if teachers had to do this themselves, and it would be too costly to hire training actors each time—actors who would also need to represent the desired diversity.
The VR app was developed in three months. Our VR-solution allowed the school to solve these challenges and created a digital training solution that can be repeated over multiple locations, curriculums and locations.
