Game Designer – Project Manager (Minimum 5 Years of Experience)
We offer you the opportunity to contribute to inspiring projects and work for government, education, healthcare, culture, and the business sector, both nationally and internationally.
Our focus is on applied uses of AI, VR, and XR. We are looking for someone with the experience to take content leadership, manage projects both substantively and procedurally, coach junior team members, and handle client communications independently.
As a Game Designer, you are capable of translating client needs and objectives into a concept and elaborating this into a functional breakdown. You can then manage the project within a small team of game developers and 3D artists, while also maintaining communication with the client. You hold a degree at a minimum of a bachelor’s level.
Senior Game Developer (Minimum 5 Years of Experience)
We offer you the opportunity to contribute to inspiring projects and work for government, education, healthcare, culture, and the business sector, both nationally and internationally.
Our focus is on applied uses of VR, XR, and AI. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in Unity 3D, VR, and preferably also AR. Proven knowledge and experience in application architecture, design patterns, and integration with external systems is essential.
You are also interested in AI and passionate about creating new opportunities to integrate AI with applied games or applications. Knowledge and experience working with LLMs, RAG, and other AI systems is preferred. A strong interest in working with AI is a must. In addition to a resume, we also expect a portfolio page.
Marketing/Sales Support
You support ImproVive with content management, web and social media communication. You help organize events and support the sales process. You have an affinity for serious games, VR, and AI.
Internship at ImproVive
We also offer internship opportunities for Game Developers, 3D Artists, and Marketing Support.
