In this training, employees learn how to deal with unexplained behavior in their work. In these situations, the behavior and context are not immediately clear. Participants must use careful observation and targeted questioning to understand what is happening and determine how to respond appropriately.
The virtual characters, Virtual Humans, are powered by AI. They use subtle animations—such as facial expressions, body posture, and small physical gestures—to convey emotions and intentions. During the training, the virtual characters may sometimes distort the truth. This challenges trainees to actively pay attention to non-verbal signals and to ask follow-up questions in order to gain a clearer understanding of the situation.

The complex dialogues provide an environment in which users can easily train their skills. The training application is both challenging and content-wise realistic. Feedback from trainees indicates that it closely reflects real-life practice.
Each training session concludes with a conversation with a virtual coach. The coach provides targeted feedback on the user’s behavior and choices. The feedback is guided by the didactic communication and analysis methodologies selected by the organization.
This training makes it possible to:
- Train observation and interviewing skills
- Practice complex situations in a safe environment
- Receive feedback aligned with established didactic frameworks
