How do you capture your target audience’s attention at a career fair? And can you, at the same time, offer a fun and challenging glimpse of what it’s like to work at your organization?
We developed a competitive VR game that encourages players to share their score, which everyone can view on a leaderboard. In the game, the player experiences the organization’s culture. The candidate also experiences “part of the job” together with a colleague — an AI avatar — who answers questions and shares more about the organization’s values.
The game is a way to generate traction at recruitment events and start conversations with the right candidates. It creates a natural reason for a longer conversation, increasing both the number of candidates and the quality of the match. By combining VR and AI, we’re able to deliver an impactful impression in a short amount of time.
