You are welcomed in a multiplayer VR-experience by an AI-powerd Avatar, a Virtual Human, who is there to help you get familiair, while a real person is helping other participants with wearing their VR-headsets. But she is much more than juist a guide, she is a sustainability expert. Any participant can ask the expert questions, and our Virtual Human will shares her in-depth company specific knowledge with all the participants.
The expert is based on a body of company custom knowledge and it is accessed via a special AI-system, based on RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
The expert also has the ability to access images from the knowledge base and project them on a screen behind her. Some things are better explained with the support of an image.
