Many people find job interviews a complicated and scary challenge. Jobagator makes it a fun experience where you can self practice at your own skill level and grow your self confidence. Jobagator is a conversational training application using digital characters, that offers playful role play and and flexible learning goals.
We make it easier for coaches, and teachers to help trainees and students practice conversations in natural language. The level of difficulty can be easily adapted to the experience and language level of the user. If a user gets stuck, tips can be offered. After a session a feedback brief helps reflect on the conversation, guiding the user on possible points for improvement.
By adjusting to the users need the tool helps increase confidence and reduces the need for 1-1 roleplaying sessions to gain useful insights.. This frees up coaches and teachers to give additional guidance where needed. It also means trainees are better prepared and more confident when offered a 1-1 practice conversation with a coach or teacher. This means this valuable time can be much more effective.
Jobagator uses Virtual Humans, a combination of the latest Artificial Intelligence and game technology to provide a unique way to learn and practice job application skills. Jobagator works on a PC, tablet, mobile or VR device. Allowing it to be used by people at home, learning center or classroom.
