Client: Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam
In 2013 and 2014 we helped the Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam in revamping their new website with a CRM system.
Additionally, it had to be integrated with the existing ticketing, event management, fundraising and email services. With a new responsive design it was easier to get information and purchase tickets, both on PC and mobile.
ImproVive led the project from specification and supplier selection to delivery of the project. In doing so, the delivery had to be coordinated with three suppliers. The website improved both in terms of performance and ease of use across platforms.
It also became much easier to send service e-mails to the visitors as all e-mail marketing was integrated with services and content on the website.
