Using virtual humans for soft skill training
We are creating solutions to help people do job interviews, by improving soft skills for job interviews. Our solutions support both the perspective of the interviewer as well as the applicant who is being interviewed. We also provide an interactive coach. This is all powered by AI technology.
The video below shows two examples of a job interview training using a virtual human. We set the job position to be a graphical designer. The trainee interacts through voice with the Virtual Human.
- First part: Michael, the impatient job interviewer. The player is applying for a a job. But the job interviewer (the virtual human) is impatient and rude and right away wants you to check some of his boxes.
- Second part: The player is the job interviewer, and the player needs to interview the applicant Angela (the virtual human), and check whether her skills are a fit for the job of graphical designer. Angela is a bit nervous at the start.
